New Delhi: Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri has reassured citizens that India currently faces no shortage of energy supplies, even as geopolitical tensions continue to rise in parts of West Asia. The minister stated that the government is closely monitoring global developments and has taken necessary measures to ensure uninterrupted fuel availability for consumers across the country.

Speaking about concerns over possible disruptions in crude oil shipments due to conflicts in the Middle East, Puri emphasized that India’s energy system remains stable and well-prepared to deal with any short-term challenges. He noted that the government’s priority is to ensure the availability of affordable and sustainable fuel for citizens.
