Meerut, India: In a significant step towards global academic collaboration and career advancement, Venkteshwara University has entered into an agreement with Japan-based Iris Solutions to provide training, placement, research, and innovation opportunities for students.

The agreement focuses on multiple disciplines including Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Agriculture, and Hotel Management. The collaboration aims to equip students with industry-relevant skills and open pathways to international employment, particularly in Japan.

A delegation from Iris Solutions, led by CEO Eriko Noda and COO Ishaan Agarwal, visited the university campus in Meerut. They were warmly welcomed by the university’s management with traditional honors, including ceremonial shawls, turbans, and mementos.

The formal event was held at the C.V. Raman Auditorium of the university, where dignitaries inaugurated the ceremony by lighting a traditional lamp in front of the statue of Goddess Saraswati.

Speaking on the occasion, Eriko Noda, CEO of Iris Solutions, highlighted India’s growing global importance. She stated that India is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and has a vast pool of talented youth. She expressed strong enthusiasm about the partnership and emphasized Japan’s increasing demand for skilled Indian professionals across various sectors.

Sudhir Giri, Founder Chairman of the Venkteshwara Group, expressed his excitement regarding the collaboration. He stated that the institution is highly optimistic about securing excellent placement opportunities and stable career prospects for its students in Japan.

Adding to this, Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Pro-Chancellor of the university, announced that starting next month, selected students from various departments will undergo specialized training programs. These programs are designed to prepare them for high-quality job opportunities in Japan.

COO Ishaan Agarwal also emphasized that Japan is among the safest and most advanced countries to work in, offering immense employment opportunities for trained international candidates across industries.

The event witnessed the presence of several senior academic and administrative officials, faculty members, and media representatives, marking a milestone moment in the university’s journey towards internationalization.

This collaboration is expected to create a strong bridge between India and Japan in the field of education and employment, providing students with global exposure and long-term career growth.
